The condition of your vehicle will determine the length of time it takes to complete the repairs. Once an estimate is given, the duration of the job can be established.

I have a deductible on my insurance. Do I pay that to my insurance company, or your Calgary body shop shop?

Do I need to present a damage certificate to your Calgary body shop?

Yes. If damages exceed $2000.00 a damage sticker or a police case number is required before repairs can be started.

Do repairs to my vehicle at your Calgary body shop affect my warranty?

No. We stand behind all our repairs. Should any problem arise that is within warranty guidelines, you will be protected.

Who pays the towing charges?

When the repair is an insurance claim, Country Hills Hyundai forwards the towing bill to the insurance company for payment. If the customer is paying for the repair, Country Hills Hyundai pays the towing charges within the city limits.

Does Country Hills Hyundai's Calgary body shop repair all makes of vehicles?

Yes, we repair all makes and models. We also have two down draft paint booths. All collision services will be performed at our collision body shops located at Sunridge Auto (2701 32 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 6J1) and CMP Automotive (1313 36 St NE, Calgary, AB T2A 6P9).
